Jayden performed an initial inspection and shared several possible causes together with recommended troubleshooting steps.The information provided was very useful and helped us investigate the issue systematically, step by step, to narrow down the possible source of the water leakage. Although the root cause could not be conclusively identified during the visit, the guidance given was practical and easy to follow.What I appreciated most was that Jayden was professional and honest in his assessment. He advised us to continue monitoring and troubleshooting first, and only contact their team again if the issue is eventually confirmed to be related to bathroom waterproofing. There was no hard selling or pressure to engage their services unnecessarily.Overall, a helpful and trustworthy experience.

Ang came to inspect the dampness issue on our house wall, & we had a really good experience. He was friendly, professional, & very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail what could be causing the dampness, what the possible solutions are, & what we should keep an eye on moving forward.What I found really impressive was that he used a device to show us exactly where the dampness was in the wall, which made it much easier to understand the issue. I also really appreciated how straightforward & honest he was. That honesty really gave us confidence that he was giving genuine advice rather than just trying to sell a service.Definitely recommend Ang if you need someone to assess dampness or waterproofing issues!

He helped us understand very clearly how to move onto next step with the leaks that we can see above our ceiling. One issue he couldn’t solve said need plumber and another one he sees it’s waterproofing issue. He did not use any devices. Hopefully for the best. Thanks so much Hong for coming

I recently had a consultant (Mr Albert Quek) from Nano-G come down to check a leaking area at my place. After inspecting, he was very honest and told me straight up that the issue is actually with the pipe and not a waterproofing problem.He then explained that his company only does waterproofing, not pipe repairs. Despite that, he still took the time to explain his products and how their no-hack waterproofing method works, just so I would understand what they specialize in.I haven't used their service since my issue is pipe-related, but I truly appreciate the honesty. He could have easily pretended it was a waterproofing issue to secure a job, but he didn't. That kind of integrity is hard to find.If I ever need actual waterproofing work in the future, I will definitely call them first. Recommended for their transparency and ethical approach.

Mr. Noh came to my house for a very thorough inspection as my neighbour suspected that there might be a leak coming from my house. As he found that my house has no leakage, he went the extra mile to check my neighbour’s house as well and found the problem. Though Nano-G did not get the opportunity to do business with me this time around, Mr. Noh still kept his composure and gave me his expert advise with full of professionalism and politeness. He came, asked me thorough questions about the problem I inquired and even used his drone to check out the roof top for better understanding how my villa is because it is a townhouse which has shared roofs. He was detailed, explained thoroughly what needs to be done and I was happy that he gave me options on what to do without any consultation fee charged for the time he spent to explain.
