Situated in the administrative region of Putrajaya, Hospital Putrajaya is a Malaysian government-owned public hospital with multiple departments and over 23 years of service. With various patients coming in and out on a daily basis, keeping their facilities well maintained is of utmost importance– which is why they decided to engage with Nano-G when there was a water leakage issue above their Dewan Bersalin.
Scope of project
As homeowners with flat roofs would know, water leakages tend to find their way into our homes after a prolonged period of rainwater seeping through the cracks over the years. Similar to what Hospital Putrajaya is facing, the cracks on the slab surface caused water to seep through, its severity increasing during heavy rain.
Upon reaching the project site, the team does a thorough cleanup before removing the existing waterproofing and cleaning up the entire area. After the area has been prepped for work, our team rectifies the roof with our Nano-G Nanotechnology Waterproofing solutions.
With over 10,954 sq. ft. of area to be covered, the project took approximately 3 months to execute and was completed on 31 December 2019.
