When Tong Bing Yu moved into her new home, she quickly discovered several hidden issues that only became obvious during the frequent rainy days. She noticed water leakage on the slab above her KTV room, stains forming in roof corners, and patches of water marks that bothered her as someone who prefers a spotless environment. Although she had reminded her contractors to handle waterproofing before moving in, the problems persisted, especially during the rainy season.
Scope of Project
To resolve these issues, Nano G completed waterproofing for three slabs with tile removal, covering a total of 2,073 square feet, as well as waterproofing for three bathrooms and an anti slip treatment for one bathroom. Our non invasive, water based nanotechnology solution ensured long term protection without disrupting the home’s interiors.
