Owned by the Selangor State Development Corporation, De Palma Group of Hotels and Resort is a luxurious yet affordable hotel for both business and pleasure with hotels located in Shah Alam, Ampang, Kuala Selangor, and Sepang. The De Palma Management Services Sdn. Bhd. reached out to our services for a recent water leakage issue in their bathrooms and surau at the hotel. Such an issue is no small matter for a hotel as it may damage the contemporary décor and fixtures in the units, affecting the overall comfort of the guests staying there. The Nano-G team worked closely with the management to fix the water leakage as well as to waterproof the units.

Scope of project

In total, we waterproofed and fixed the leakages in 120 bathrooms and a surau in the hotel. Our team’s meticulous and disciplined on-site SOP throughout the whole operation prevented mess, noise, and dust that would disturb the guests. This was much to their satisfaction as De Palma houses guests around the clock! Overall, the entire project took a few months and was successfully completed without affecting their guests’ stay.
