Sales Coordinator
Full-Time Position
We are seeking for a reliable candidate to handle the sales coordinator role and eager to join the energetic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for sale coordinating and a good grasp of general sales appointment arrangement.
In this engaging position, you will oversee every facet of sales coordination and arranging sale appointments for the company’s sales team.
Job Descriptions
- Sales appointment arrangement for the sales team from the lead and database provided by the company
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company’s services and products
- Maintain and update sales and customer records/database/reports
- Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports
- Assist in general office administration work as and when required
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U,
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate
- Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill, customer service skill, computer literacy, planning and management
- Responsible and discipline to work
