At YouCity III in Cheras, OSK Property recognised the potential dangers of wet and slippery surfaces in high-traffic recreational zones such as the swimming pool walkway and BBQ area. These areas often become slippery due to water splashes and food spills and with children running around, the risk of accidents increases significantly. To ensure a safer environment for their residents, OSK Property partnered with Nano‑G to apply our Nanotechnology anti-slip coating solution.
Scope of Project
Nano‑G’s specialist team first conducted detailed surface preparation by removing unwanted residues from the grout lines between the tiles to ensure strong adhesion and optimal effectiveness. Following the cleaning process, we applied our Nanotechnology Anti-Slip Grip Coating to the 4,046 sqft swimming pool walkway and the 380 sqft BBQ area, extending coverage to the stairs as well, for complete safety assurance.
Project Results
The treated surfaces not only gained excellent slip resistance but also looked refreshed and well-maintained. By taking preventive measures, OSK Property has successfully reduced the risk of slip-related accidents, giving their residents and guests a better recreational experience with enhanced peace of mind.
